Frequently Asked Questions

Having served so many customers across the country, there are a few questions that come up time and again. These are listed below and will often answer most customer queries.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on the item you ordered and where you are located, delivery can take up to seven days. Once you place your order you will receive an email or phone call requesting the best time for delivery. We will let you know in the unlikely event there is a delay in shipment.

How do I book a delivery time?
Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by one of our customer services team to arrange a delivery time. They will work with you to choose the most suitable time, however, please remember that weekend and evening deliveries are not always possible and someone will have to be home to sign for the item. All delivery times quoted are approximate and may change depending on product. You will be notified in such cases.

What happens if I don't like my order when it arrives?
If your item is not what you expected on delivery, please let your delivery driver know, who will then return the item to our factory. You will be entitled to a like-for-like exchange or a full refund. However, please note that delivery cost cannot be refunded.

Are your items covered by a guarantee?
All our items come with a full 30-day manufacturers warranty. If your item is damaged or faulty, or develops a defect within 30 days of normal use, and not through negligence, then we will collect the item free of charge and offer a like-for-like exchange or give you a full refund.

Can I return the item if I'm not satisfied?
If you've accepted delivery and are still not happy with the item, you can return it to us for a like-for-like exchange or a full refund. Please ensure the item has not been assembled, is in brand new condition and in its original packagin.

Will you assemble my bed?
Unfortunately we do not assemble the beds for you at this time. Most of our items are flat packed and easy to assmeble at home. If you are having problems with assembly, please contact our customer services team who will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I collect my order instead?
You can collect your order from one of our warehouses if you have ordered online. Please contact our customer services team once you have placed the order and we will arrange a time for you to collect the item.

Do you deliver to the Isle of Man or Northern Ireland?
We deliver to every location within mainland UK, and we do not deliver to the Isle of Man or Northern Ireland.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do not deliver outside of mainland UK.

Do you sell special size beds?
Yes, we can supply special sizes, shorter beds, longer beds, wider beds etc. Please contact our customer services team before you place an order and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you sell beds at a discount to businesses?
For those working in the hospitality industry, we ofer discounts for bulk orders. These can be arranged by contacting our customer services team directly who will assist you further.

Who will carry out the delivery?
All our deliveries are made by our own delivery vans, which means, if you order multiple items, they will be delivered on the same day all at once.

My bed has some parts missing, how do I obtain these?
Please let us know should any parts be missing from your delivery. Parts will arrive within 3 working days. Please note if missing part requests are sent via email they may take slightly longer.

How can I change or cancel part of my order?
If you would like to amend your order in any way, please complete the contact form on the Contact Us page using the link at the bottom of the site.

Why have I not received my order confirmation email?
Please ensure that you have checked your junk and spam folders for the email. If you still can’t find the email please contact our customer services team.
